ECEB-Mentoring
Together you get it together - review by student Maaike Kroes

Dear mentoring practitioners, researchers and friends of the European Center,
The European Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring was launched a year ago. My name is Maaike Kroes and I am one of the fortunate research students who works for this organisation and got the chance to experience the start-up phase. I study Business Administration at NHL University of Applied Sciences and in the future I hope to work with stakeholders from different countries. For me this was an ideal organisation to work for. The most valuable that I have learned from this experience is that it is highly important to share your network, knowledge and experience with others. Read more about how I look back on my experience with ECEBM's network. “Selfish is easy. It’s sharing that takes courage” – Simon Sinek

Membership

European Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring launches a membership model for mentoring organizations, practitioners and researchers. Being member of the European Center offers the possibility to become part of a community and become part of the mentoring movement. Members are connected by shared values in relation to mentoring. Members experience the effects of mentoring and generate knowledge based on this effectivity. Membership provides access to a range of services and activities. Being member of the ECEBM opens doors to knowledge, innovation and connections. Read more about the possibilities of joining the community and becoming a member.
